However, we can define as success, everything in which you battle, fight, face to one day achieve the dream and desire or desired goal, however, this is not only restricted to professional area, but also for the staff. Succeed is able to face and to go up against the adversities that life throws us every day, without being afraid of any damage and living your life with intensity, not caring about others and about the opinions of others. Success is when you go through all the barriers and up front feel the real taste of victory and be able to look back and see all your walk and trajectory, with the thought in one sentence: It really was worth going through all this!
